  • Yes. Most athletes work with us during the summer, winter, or between Cross Country and Track seasons. These periods are ideal for building strength, improving mechanics, and establishing consistency without the pressures of competition.

  • No. This program is supplemental by design. The goal is to support school training by focusing on mechanics, strength, communication, and healthy progression — not to replace or compete with team practices.

  • In-season support may be available in limited or modified forms depending on school guidelines and the athlete’s needs. Most families find the greatest value during off-season and transition periods.

  • This program works well for athletes who:

    • Want structure during the off-season

    • Are transitioning between Cross Country and Track

    • Are balancing multiple sports

    • Are returning from breaks or inconsistencies

    Programming is adjusted based on experience and training background.

  • No. Athletes at different experience levels can benefit. The focus is on development, consistency, and healthy progression, not comparison or pressure.

  • Parents are encouraged to be involved, especially at the beginning. Clear communication between the coach, athlete, and family helps ensure expectations are aligned and the training fits well with school and life commitments.

  • Most athletes work in seasonal blocks (summer, winter, or between seasons). Commitment length depends on goals, availability, and school schedules and is discussed during the initial consultation.

  • Yes. A major focus of the program is mechanics, strength, and load management, which are key factors in supporting healthy training and reducing injury risk over time.n
